  • Outside The 9 Meet & Greet Instructions

    If you are planning to attend one of Slipknot's performances listed in the TOUR section of the fan site, you can sign up for an opportunity to win a Meet and Greet at the show of your choice by following these steps:

    1. Login to Slipknot1.com with your Outside The 9 account
    2. Visit the TOUR section
    3. Select the date of the show you are attending
    4. Click on "I'm Going" where you will be automatically entered for a chance to attend the Meet & Greet
    5. Stay tuned to your email inbox to find out if you have been selected to meet Slipknot!

    Please note, by clicking on the "I'm Going" button you acknowledge the following:

    1. You have purchased tickets to the show
    2. You will be attending
    3. You are able to participate in this event

    Entrants MUST have an active fan club membership and have tickets to the show in order to enter a Meet and Greet opportunity. Winners may be asked to provide specific ticket information. Entrants will be eligible to win one (1) Meet & Greet opportunity per calendar year.

    All winners will be notified via email at least one (1) business date prior to the show date. The email will include additional details on the event location and start time. Winners will be required to reply to their invite confirming they are indeed attending the show and understand all the rules.

    ADDITIONAL RULES AND GUIDELINES

    1. Each member is responsible for purchasing their own admittance to the concert. You must have tickets to the show to attend the Meet & Greet, but you may apply for the Meet & Greet before tickets go on sale if it is available to do so on the site. Meet & Greet passes do not give members any special privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
    2. No one is allowed to attend the Meet and Greet unless they have been selected as a Meet and Greet winner and are the age of 18 years old and older.
    3. Each member is allowed one (1) Meet & Greet per calendar. Only one Outside The 9 member can participate in the Meet & Greet if and when they are one of the Outside The 9 Meet & Greet participants selected. Guests, parents or guardians will not be permitted to attend the Meet & Greet with a selected Outside The 9 Meet & Greet participant.
    4. Certain shows may not allow Meet & Greet opportunities.
    5. You must bring a government issued picture I.D. or school I.D., should you be under 18 years of age, with you in order to gain access to the Meet & Greet.
    6. Meet & Greets are non-transferable. Any member caught trying to sell their Meet & Greet pass will be permanently banned from the club.
    7. If you receive a Meet & Greet, but are unable to attend the show, you must notify the fan club three days prior to the show date by sending an email to OT9@meetandgreets.sparkart.com. If the fan club is not notified at least three days prior to the show date, not only have you forfeited your meet & greet pass for your membership year, but we will be unable to award it to someone else.
    8. Although it rarely happens, if someone forfeits their Meet & Greet or is unable to attend, the next person on the Meet & Greet list will be notified by the fan club. Please DO NOT email the fan club asking where you are on the list, as you will not receive a response.
    9. Winners will be required to confirm via email that they are attending the Meet & Greet.

    Please note Meet and Greets will take place prior to Slipknot’s performance. Winners will be picked at random for each show date and notified via email and/or telephone shortly before the day of the event. Information regarding specific details of the Meet and Greet event will be provided at that time.

    All Meet and Greets are subject to change and or cancellation. We reserve the right to deny entrance to the Outside The 9 Meet and Greets at any time.

  • Important Notice: Slipknot 10th Anniversary Box Sets

    Dear Slipknot Store Customers,

    Due to issues surrounding international customs inspections, there has been a delay with the arrival of the Slipknot Definitive 10th Anniversary Edition Deluxe Box Sets (both Standard and Fan Club Editions) to our warehouse. As a result, orders will not be packaged and shipped until September 8th due to Labor Day. Customers who chose ground shipping will receive orders via USPS Priority Mail and the post office estimates 2-3 days delivery for this service. If you paid for domestic expedited service, your order is estimated to arrive from September 9th to September 11th. We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience.

    Please note that any orders that include additional items with the Box Set will also be shipped under revised timeframes due to pre-orders. If you would like to receive your Box Set before your additional items, please contact Customer Support at slipknotstore@support.sparkart.com for more information.

  • How do I order the Fan Club Edition Box Set?

    If you are an OT9 Member and you would like to order your Fan Club Edition Box Set today, you MUST sign in to the OT9 website, http://slipknot1.com/login, first.

    Once you have successfully signed in, click on "Shop" from the menu at the top of the page. Then select "10TH Anniversary Edition Deluxe Box Set" from the menu on the left hand side of the page and select the Fan Club Edition option.

  • Important Information Regarding Store Pre-orders

    All items are currently available for pre-order only. Due to high demand, should you choose to place a pre-order your credit card will be charged immediately to reserve your items in your name.

    Pre-orders will ship out once the items are in stock, and the delivery timeframe will depend upon the shipping method you choose during checkout. 

    US pre-orders that contain only a 10th Anniversary Edition Deluxe Box Set will be delivered on or around September 9th, 2009. The delivery timeframe for international orders will depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
